Feature Request: hide default (public) calendar #49

There is built-in default calendar in GC which cannot be deleted and is 
substituted by default when new event is created using "Create event". This 
feature request is for hiding this calendar completely:

* to be hidden from "My Calendars" sidebar.
* to be hdden from settings.
* removed from selection of calendar when event is created/edited
* probably missed something else.
