Which Minimalist for Google Calendar option is causing the problem?
Hidden Header

What is the problem? Describe completely:
When Hidden Header is enabled using the '/' key to focus the search box does 
not reveal the header bar - meaning the search box also remains hidden. This is 
contrary to the behaviour in Minimalist GMail. The '\' key does reveal this 
bar, provided the search box hasn't taken the keyboard focus.

MinGcal version        - 0.6.12
Chrome version         - 11.0.696.68 (84545) 
Chrome update channel  - Ubuntu packaged/apt
Operating System       - Ubuntu 11.04 x64
Language               - UK English
Google apps user?      - Yes
Other GCal extensions  - None

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.
