Feature Request: Print view options

Additional options to the print view such as:
* Optimization for alternate paper sizes
* Additional style options
* Custom logo

If you could print for day runners that are 8.5 high by 5.5 wide you would 
reach a large market of people who use paper day runners to log their days.  
While integration via shared calendars on Google is fantastic, I think you will 
find a deep niche market.   It needs to let you set a view such as one day 
printer per page and a range of days/weeks.  That along with printing options 
for front and back printing and you will really help the people who wish to 
collaborate via Google but still like paper for their day to day method of 
tracking their day.
