"Calendar" text/button cannot be hidden in new UI

Which Minimalist for Google Calendar option is causing the problem?
0.71

What is the problem? Describe completely:

"Calendar" text/button cannot be hidden in new GUI. This way, the "Hide top 
toolbar" option does not regain any space

MinGcal version        - 0.71
Chrome version         - last beta
Chrome update channel  - beta
Operating System       - XP
Language               - EN
Google apps user?      - no
Other GCal extensions  - none

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.

Right you are. I'll have this fixed in the next version. In the mean time put 
this in Custom CSS:

#vr-proto-nav { display: none !important; }

Fixed in 0.7.2. Force update and confirm:
  [wrench] > Tools > Extensions > Developer mode > Update extensions now
