Hide Header disables arrows #66

Which Minimalist for Google Calendar option is causing the problem?
Hide Header

What is the problem? Describe completely:
When "Hide Header" is selected, the Google Calendar arrow buttons to the right 
of the "Today" button do not work.

MinGcal version        -0.7.3
Chrome version         -12.0.742.122
Chrome update channel  -
Operating System       -OS X 10.6.8
Language               - English
Google apps user?      - No
Other GCal extensions  - None

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.
