Which Minimalist for Google Calendar option is causing the problem?
Hiding header

What is the problem? Describe completely:
1. Does not hide header.
2. If I click to show, it expands the top buttonbar, but then additional clicks
do nothing.

The rollout of some minor style changes started Thursday and affected this
feature. I'll look at it soon

Hey all, sorry about my lack of responsiveness on this issue. Just got back
from vacation. The fix is live in 0.7.4, please update and confirm:

[wrench] > Tools > Extensions > Developer mode > Update extensions now

Followed "update extensions" advice. Slight improvement (minor narrowing from
defect plus click to show and reverse now working) but still have nearly 2
inches of white header with "calendar" text present on upper left side. Prior
to defect entire screen filled with dates and background pic! Still keen for
return to this state if you can manage it please. (Windows 7 + Chrome). Thanks
in advance, Peter.

Hi! Thanks for the fix! The fix does a nice job, but I agree with #9 above -
there is still alot of space in the "Calendar" header area: Space above the
"Calendar" label/navigation buttons and (a little less) space below the same.

Some tweaking to make it more minimal would be great.

@marcus.w The padding of the Top Toolbar area is a more complicated change and
will not be added to Minimalist Google Calendar. It will be a feature in the
Gcal module for Minimalist for Everything. That's coming next month and will
replace this extension entirely.

@deckpe What you're describing is not Hide Header, that works fine now. The
feature that hides the row with "Calendar" and the buttons is Hide Top Toolbar.
I realize now this feature is also broken but I didn't know because nobody
reported it. I'll try to get another fix out this afternoon

You have clearly fixed it. Thank you for this. Feel free to clear another
centimeter of white nothing at the top of the page above the days (Monday
Tuesday etc....) if you feel like it but.....I have the full calendar only page
back with no rubbish included. Will continue to sing your praises to who use
Google C. Fantastic product thanks !!! and your responsiveness is rare and
GREATLY appreciated !
