Which Minimalist for Google Calendar option is causing the problem?
Hide Header

What is the problem? Describe completely:
Previous & next period buttons are not clickable when "Hide Header" option is 
enabled.

MinGcal version        - 0.7.5
Chrome version         - 13.0.782.218
Chrome update channel  -
Operating System       - Windows 7 x64
Language               - Spanish
Google apps user?      -
Other GCal extensions  - gmai & Google Reader

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.
