Which Minimalist for Google Calendar option is causing the problem?
Header & Google bar at least

What is the problem? Describe completely:
Header & Google bar options are deactivated in new Chrome release

MinGcal version        - 0.7.6
Chrome version         - 17.0.963.56
Chrome update channel  -
Operating System       - Vista ultimate 32 bits
Language               - English
Google apps user?      -
Other GCal extensions  - minimalist for gmail

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.

Minimalist for GC: 0.7.6
Google Chrome version: 19.0.1036.7 dev
OS: Ubuntu 10.04
Lang: English
No other google calendar extensions installed.

I'm seeing the same behaviour. The side column gets hidden but I have to hide 
it every time I open google calendar. It doesn't save the option. The header 
does not hide for me at all and the bar that used to be clickable to hide the 
header is no longer there.

I'm having the same problem. Is there a solution because, if there is, I can't 
find it.
