BUG: Gmail - Hiding Google Bar Causes Header (Logo/Search) To Disappear #199

What is the problem? Describe completely:

Minimalist version   - Minimalist for Everything [Beta] 0.5.20
Relevant core module - Gmail
Chrome version       - Latest Stable
Operating System     - Win7-64 bit
Language             - En
Google Apps user?    - No
Other extensions     - Yes

Looks like there is a new updated Google Bar so Minimalist is now hiding the 
Header (Logo/Search) when the "Hid Goggle Bar" option is selected.  The desired 
result would be to only hide the Google Bar and not hide the Header (unless 
that option was specifically selected).
