Operating System     - Mac OSX - 10.6.8
Language             - English
Google Apps user?    - No
Other extensions     - Cloud Magic, Chrome Time Tracker

It would be great to be able to remove the advertisement on the top of the 
Gmail Inbox. See attached screenshot. Perhaps I missed that feature, but it 
wasn't in the Ads section of minimalist and I didn't see it elsewhere. Thanks 
for such an awesome product!

I Completely agree. Just found this great extension today and run through only 
to find that one silly add at the top remaining. Thank you so much for what you 
have done so far all powerful Creator! 
The removal of this ad would be great if you could (:

Agreed, you could do that, but that's simply more layered on top of your 
browser.  If I'm running this extension anyway, I'd rather this take care of it.

You don't need an extension to remove them. Go to Gmail settings > Web Clips > 
Disable web clips.
