Option to disable auto-reload of affected tabs when saving module changes #287

PLEASE add an option to disable the behavior in which Minimalist automatically 
reloads all affected tabs every time "save changes" is pressed on a module.

If you hold [ Shift ] which clicking save it is supposed to save without 
reloading but that appears to only be working in Edit mode at the moment. 
However you bring up and good point and I will think of a way to do it so the 
option is more visible to users.
