Connection priority list

would it be possible to have like a priority list with different connection 
methods and access points?

Similary suggested by fersantos20 in issue 6:

"A list of preferred access points would be useful too, such as when the app
starts, it tries to connect via the first access point (wifi) than if it
can't find the network (like in a outside environment) it tries to connect
via gprs/edge/etc... This should be only an option, so if the user is
paying by the kb, he can choose to disallow all data connections and only
leave his wifi networks."
