Allow scrobbling from other music players #399

Mobbler should provide an API so that any S60 music player can scrobble
through Mobbler.

The API should be very similar to the Music Player Remote Control API so
there is little for us to change in Mobbler.

It might be best to implement the API using publish and subscribe
(RProperty) so that there is no static dependancy from a music app to Mobbler.
