Mobbler unables restarting the phone #639

When I have mobbler installed and try to restart the phone, the restarting
process stops at the white screen.
I've got Nokia 5530 XM.

What restarting process do you mean? Turning the phone off by pressing the 
power 
key, and then pressing it again, or something else? 

Where exactly does the white screen occur?

Have you got the charger plugged in?

Is your battery fully charged?

I meant "Turning the phone off by pressing the power 
key, and then pressing it again".
When you're turning the phone on the 1)screen lights up and turns white, 2)then 
the
Nokia logo is showing, 3)then is the PIN entering keyboard, 4)then there is a
animation with hands. When I've got mobbler installed the processs stops at 
stage 1)
and is not going to stage 2).
I've got a battery fully charged and the charger wasn't plugged in.

Nowadays I think that mobbler isn't the only application causing this problem. 
I had it even without mobbler installed. It may be the firmware, which in 
5530XM still needs some improvements.
