allow space between volume intrivals to be less 10% gaps #640

What phone are you using? E71

Any additional information below.

Make steps between volume levels less than 10% sometimes it is too loud even at 
the lowest volume setting available (10%) espically when playing while faasleep

Unfortunately, S60 only allows 
volume steps in 10% increments.

However, I have the same problem 
with the alarm. I made a new 
equaliser setting called Quiet with all 
the levels at the minimum.

The equaliser isn't supported on all 
phones but I think the E71 is ok.
