E51 300.34.56 - Mobbler on exit stays in open app list, unable to close completely #652

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open Mobbler > Exit: Mobbler stays in open app list; is unresponsive, have to 
restart phone to remove from this state

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected:  Open Mobbler, exit: Mobbler closes & is removed from open app list
actual:  Open Mobbler, exit: Mobbler stays in open app list, is unresponsive

If applicable, does the problem occur over both wifi and packet data, or
just one?
Bug occurs either in offline or online mode

I've only had this happen to me once with my E51.  Although I was able to force 
close Mobbler via the task switcher instead of restarting the phone.  Does the 
same problem still occur with the most recent firmware?  My E51 has been much 
more reliable since the new firmware was put on.

The issue comes and goes and I'm trying to work out the conditions under which 
it occurs. I thought it might be a shared net access issue but now I reckon its 
just a memory thing with the E51. My firmware is 300.34.56 and it's the latest 
for my handset (not keen on using NSS again as everything bar this small issue 
is working fine, incl. all other apps so not going to upgrade the firmware 
(just waiting for the Android to settle down) =]
