Panics on exiting Mobbler on E5 #658

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?

Start Mobbler

If Mobbler is exited without playing radio, then it panics with KERN-EXEC 3
If the radio is played, stopped then the program is exited, it panics with
EUser-CBase 66.

I'm seeing these on the E5 but I don't yet know if it only happens on this
phone.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

No panics

I'm not seeing the same panics on N82 using ErrRD.

This might be a duplicate of issue 355 that happens on the Nokia N78.

Mobbler crashes for me whenever I try to exit regardless of whether or not I've
listened to the radio. Although Mobbler panics under a lot of circumstances (I
try to
press as few buttons as possible when listening).

E51 with the latest stable version. BTW, Mobbler rocks!

Oneillwls, please can you install
errrd.sis and let us know the actual
panic codes you get? Thanks.

I have ErrRd installed and working, usually I just get KERN-EXEC 3, is there
something
else that I should be looking for? Or is a log file generated?

No, KERN-EXEC 3 is the one, thanks.

This panic isn't visible on a production E5 so I'll close this and merge it
with issue 355 as it still happens on an E51.
