Last.fm's radio stations work according to their licensing agreements. When you
play an artist radio, you get tracks from similar artists, and occasionally
tracks from that artist too. For on-demand stuff from that artist only you need
to use something like Spotify.
About playing loved tracks, what's your Last.fm username?

Unfortunately you can only listen to loved tracks if you're a paying subscriber.
