Local tracks are sometimes not used. #719

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If played track is present on the phone mobbler usethis, instead of streaming. 
In fact in at least half of the cases my local track is NOT used. The tracks 
are correctly tagged. I cannot say the same track is sometimes played locally 
and sometimes not, or if it applies to certain tracks. I will focus on that 
from now on.

Latest 2.10.xx

What phone are you using?

I guess I'm experiencing a similar issue. I have some certain mp3-files on 
which mobbler will at a time in the song think the player is on pause now, and 
stops logging/scrobbling all tracks after this moment.
