Exporting removes the queued items #720

When you export queued songs to a file, not only the queued songs are removed, 
the export file is not usable any more. I think it'd be better if mobbler had 
the ability to import files.

Exporting files is for people who have expensive mobile data connections, so 
they can upload the exported file using their PC. It is meant to remove the 
songs from the queue so you don't upload them twice (from Mobbler and from the 
exported file).
