Cannot turn off Party Sharing in MCMMO

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use latest Beta build of Craftbukkit
2. Use Mobbountyreloaded v. 279
3. Use PermissionsBukkit
3. Use Vault v1.2.18-b229
3. Use FE economy dev build
4. Use Mcmmo v. 1.3.11-b1030

What version are you running of MBR and what version of CraftBukkit?
v279 and betabuild craftbukkit #2352
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Turning off sharing party gains with mcmmo, with money. I turn it off in the 
"External" folder, but it still shares. 
2. Using permissions at all to give or take collection abilities, it simply 
ignores any permissions I set. 
Do you have an error log? If so, paste it here using a Pastie or Pastebin.
It gives no error log, it just doesn't care what sort of permissions I give to 
anyone. Everyone can kill things for money, and if they are in a group of 2, 
they get twice the money. 

What other plugins are you running?
McMMO, Vault, PermissionsBukkit, Mobbountyreloaded, FE economy

Have you tried a clean install/allowing the plugin to regenerate configs?
