Permissions don't work and earning problems

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I think it's because of the McMMO part again.
It doesn't split the money in parties. But it seems to be adding the 1.2 
killerbonusrate to the normal price and only gives to the killer. And there's a 
little bug which you can see in the screenshot.

What version are you running of MBR and what version of CraftBukkit?
280; 1.3.1. R 2.0
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Do you have an error log? If so, paste it here using a Pastie or Pastebin.

Have you tried a clean install/allowing the plugin to regenerate configs?
Nope, since it fixes things that wouldn't change the config as far as I know.
Please provide any additional information below.
In the version before 279 it worked to split it to the party members. And I 
didn't change the permissions.

Well, I think it's solved but the little bug by itself. I'm sorry for posting 
unnecessary tickets and wasting your time with that! 
How can I edit or delete this issue? I can't finde the option for that.
