CraftConomy Compatibility #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uninstall iConomy and replace with CraftConomy and install Vault
2.  [MobBountyReloaded] <name> does not have an economy account. will spam the 
console.
3.

What version are you running of MBR and what version of CraftBukkit?
MBR: v280
CraftBukkit: 1.3.1-R2.0 (Build #02340)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see:
[MobBountyReloaded] <name> does not have an economy account
Expected:
Nothing
Do you have an error log? If so, paste it here using a Pastie or Pastebin.
[MobBountyReloaded] <name> does not have an economy account

This is a Vault issue, not a MobBountyReloaded issue. If Vault cannot find an 
account, then it's on Vault.
