Permissions Not Working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Kill a mob without earn permission

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To not earn money by killing a mob. Money earned for killing a mob.

Do you have an error log? If so, paste it here using a Pastie or Pastebin.
There was none.

What other plugins are you running?

Have you tried a clean install/allowing the plugin to regenerate configs?
