Range Streaks #25

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I like the feature to broadcast the killstreaks. But it spams the server when 
everybody is having a killstreak. So it would be cool to have a special range 
of that broadcast.

What exactly do you mean by range? Just making it less spammy?

I mean that you need a special range to the player who has a killstreak to get 
the message that he has it. That not everybody on the whole world will see that 
message.
