Multiplying Nodes

I know you can make permissions groups have multipliers but could you allow 
admins to assign a node with a certain multiplication?

for example 

bob with -mbr.collect
earns 10 for skele

gary with -mbr.collect
          -mbr.multiplier.1.5
earns 15 for skele

I wouldn't do that with nodes (for various reasons including that I like to 
have everything documented as much as possible). But I can make it so that 
there are user multipliers - only that user gets that specific multiplier.

Well can you make commands that the server console can utilise to add 
multipliers to players and remove them as I'd like to use Buycraft so that 
players who pay to be a vip can gain a bonus
