PEX Problems

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get a streak

What version are you running of MBR and what version of CraftBukkit?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A broadcast streak. A error.

Do you have an error log? If so, paste it here using a Pastie or Pastebin.

Have you tried a clean install/allowing the plugin to regenerate configs?
Yes i regenerate files on every update

Please provide any additional information below.
Should i disable broadcast killstreaks?

Are you using v232 or v282? Also, is there a "Caused by" section of the error 
in your log/console that you can also Pastebin for me?

I don't remember everytime all numbers but there was last patch, so 282?
I don't found any "Is Caused By", before there was only this.

I don't know but i think this is caused by NCP and not from MBR.
