Killstreak range doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install it
2.Go more than 50 blocks away (It's my setting in the config)
3.Watch the killstreaks still pop up in the chat

What version are you running of MBR and what version of CraftBukkit?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It shouldn't pop up that he has a killstreak

Do you have an error log? If so, paste it here using a Pastie or Pastebin.
There's something in the consol:

Have you tried a clean install/allowing the plugin to regenerate configs?
It is newly generated. I just changed mcmmo split to true and the amount of the 
killer and the amounts for the mobs.

Please attach copies (PasteBin or Pastie preferred) of your configuration
files.
