Mob drops stuck on ground

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.kill mob
2.try to pick up item
3.

What version are you running of MBR and what version of CraftBukkit?
Craftbukkit 1.3.2 (#2352)
MBR v282

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
items just get stuck on the ground. doesn't happen to all items, but most. 
affects all players. 

Have you tried a clean install/allowing the plugin to regenerate configs?
sure have.

Please provide any additional information below.
probably same issue as 
"http://code.google.com/p/mobbountyreloaded/issues/detail?id=7&can=1"
looks like someone else has the same issue too.

Hmmm. Weird, thought I'd fixed that bug. Well, I'll look into it as soon as 
possible.
