Mobarena still give money when killing mobs

Here's my config:

useMobArena: true
allowPaymentInsideArena: false
MobArenaMultiplierRate: 0.00

Monsters still give money when killed inside mobarenas.

What version are you running of MBR and what version of CraftBukkit?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Do you have an error log? If so, paste it here using a Pastie or Pastebin.

What other plugins are you running?

Have you tried a clean install/allowing the plugin to regenerate configs?

Please attach copies (PasteBin or Pastie preferred) of your configuration
files.

I use latest craftbukkit 1.3.2 R1, MobArena v0.94.4.81 (latest) and "R: v291 
for CB 1.3.2-R1.0" MobBountyReloaded, no log errors, works perfect but not the 
mobarena block to prevent users playing mobarenas win money killing monsters.

Same problem.. Configured the config like above.  craftbukkt 1.3.2 R1.0, 
MobArena v0.94.4.81, and V291 mobbounty.  No errors or anything in log.  
Players earn money in mobarena for kills

I managed to disable money in mobarena.  It looks like the mobarena permissions 
are not false by default, I had to add them to the permissionsbukkit config as 
false to get it to disable.

Try adding these to your permissions config

mbr.user.collect.mobarena: false
mbr.user.multiplier.mobarena: false
