External support for Battle Night #41

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Support for the Team PVP plugin called BattleNight.  It has become a popular 
team pvp plugin and it would be nice if MobBountyReloaded supported it.  
Obviously it would only disable the bounty for killing a player in the arena 
while it is active.

Please provide any additional information below.
