Bug(?) with Splash Potions #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I make Splash Potions in Drops.yml then in game, this potion is normal 
potion.

Are you sure that you're using the proper data value? I'll check on it when I 
have the next opportunity, but a fix won't be coming for a few days at least.

Yes, I use a good data value (1xxxx).

I'm not sure why it would be doing that. It'll hopefully be fixed in the 
release of MBRDrops.
