Killcache Does Not Work #51

The killcache config doesn't work. I still get spammed for every kill, and it 
says I killed "in 1352868480 seconds" even though I have the timer set to 30000 
milliseconds.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable killcache
2. Kill animals
3. Still get spammed on every kill

What version are you running of MBR and what version of CraftBukkit?
Latest MBR. CB 1.4.2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Killcache is supposed to show you rewards every X seconds. Instead it still 
spams you on every kill.

Have you tried a clean install/allowing the plugin to regenerate configs?
Yes.

Killcache is buggy and a work in progress in the dev builds.
