Ops can't earn money #52

Every member on my server can earn money from killing mobs, except me and the 
Co-Owner, and I deop'd myself to check and I could earn money as soon as I was 
deop'd and deranked to Member.  Also I checked the rank Owner and Co-Owner 
while still deop'd and they can't earn money either, and each of the Owner 
ranks only have the permission - '*' I'm using Group Manager.  Why is this 
happening?

I'm not sure why this is happening. I'd need a copy of what permissions you're 
using and what version of MBR and CraftBukkit you are using.
