Replace SdlDotNet with Tao.Sdl #37

It seems to me that we only suffers from the added abstraction that
SdlDotNet provides. Work has been started to rewrite all affected areas.

So I've started the process of tearing things apart to replace all the 
SdlDotNet code
with Tao.Sdl, and things are going along just fine. But I've made some 
disturbing
discoveries that have made things snow ball a bit.

All SdlDotNet code have been removed from the source code (except for the Test 
project)
