Java API doc available somewhere? #441

I use Netbeans for Java development because it offers the possibiliy to see the 
JavaDoc right from the IDE with CTRL+SPACE which helps a lot and no need to 
manually search the documentation.

Is JavaDoc API documentation somewhere available online / offline?
