0.99 version still in snapshot #458

I'm trying to build morphia 0.99 from 
http://morphia.googlecode.com/svn/tags/0.99/

but the pom.xml from morphia directory is still 0.99-SNAPSHOT.
http://morphia.googlecode.com/svn/tags/0.99/morphia/pom.xml

Is it normal ?
