msnp-sharp can't send offline message...
is it possible can send offline message like msn ?

Which version of the library are you using? I tested with the latest 3. stable 
and 4.0 stable, as well as the DEV, seems the offline messages were good.
Can you give me more detail to reproduce the problem? Or some trace log?
