Kick out from server #318

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login
2. Wait
3. After around 5-10 minutes, got kicked out

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Keep online

See attached trace log. I suspect that the PNG reply has problem.

It seems ping is working. See QNG and PNG packets.

I think we must keep connection alive (not OnConnectionException) when 
WebExceptionStatus.ConnectionClosed or WebExceptionStatus.KeepAliveFailure.
