No menu to display mpm control panel and settings. #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install minion
2. the main interface, the settings and server settings can be access via a
menu
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. A menu should be added to Firefox, possibly "Tools" to access to these
interfaces
