Options for not connecting to server on startup #88

MP connects to MPD server on browser startup. This causes unnecessary HDD 
spinup.

It would be nice to have checkbox like 'Connect to server on startup' or its 
negate.

Hi Boris,

This is a weird behavior to me. Like your config, I have hdd spindown for all 
my music and when I start my FF, this doesn't wake up the drive. Though, a 
possible difference is the mpd library on the main drive that doesn't spindown 
at all.
To me, 2 things worse to do :
1 - set the library in /var/lib/mpd/database (check "db_file" in mpd.conf) and 
then give another try (or any location where the drive doesn't spindown, 
basically logs partitions)
2 - try to disconnect mpm before you close, wait for the spindown and restart 
FF and see what happens.

Also, please indicate the FF version as well as MPD.

Let me know what are the results.
