Movies ThumbsCache is not updated until MP is reloaded #393

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update a movie cover using either Cover manager or Updates > Get Internet 
Info
2. OR add a new cover using either of the above methods

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect updated or new cover to display. Updated cover does not display until 
you reload MP I assume because thumbs cache is not updated?
New cover (or even if  you change selected cover) does display in Main window, 
but not in Details (because thumbscache is not updated)
