Change minimum Trakt version to depreciate all V1 API versions #417

Trakt introduced a new V2 API - thus all old versions won't work anymore - 
minimum requirements need to be adapted. Further, the new Trakt plugin changed 
some public methods - so a recompile and minior changes are required to support 
new Trakt with API-V2.

I took a quick look and created a patch and test dll for community to test.

Note: for some reason some of the files I updates were marked as binary so you 
may not be able to do a diff from the patch tool.

It requires the latest Trakt v5.0.4 as released today.

Thanks Damien for the patch. There seem to be some more name space changes - 
see forum post - maybe you can help me with those too !?

Hey Guzzi,

Im pretty sure I removed everything not needed in the patch i.e. everything 
handled from your own internal context menu which seemed to be called only if 
you are using an older version of the plugin which is no longer possible.
