Enhancement - Subtitles from other sources #94

SubtitlesOnline is not responsive for some time now. Only TVSubtitles can give
us the subtitles on the episodes. I would propose to remove the SubtitleOnline
ID from the Edit series window and the right-click menus and instead to give a
new option on the right-click menus to search from other sources like:

podnapisiNet
AllSubs
DivxTitlovi
tvsubtitles.net
(for more Greek specific, also: greeksubtitles.gr)

The results could be filtered by primary/primary+secondary language and by
video quality(e.g HDTV) if the user chooses so in the application options.

The display can be similar to the one of download from isohunt, i.e. to be a
table of the possible subtitles with columns:
name,date,fps,downloads,video quality,language,<download button>

By clicking on the <download button> the subtitle is downloaded in the correct
folder (and extracted if necessary) and renamed accordingly.

This new option can be on the episode right-click menu and on the series right-
click menu for the entire series (batch file or something) with name: "Download
From other sources"

Yes subtitlesOnline is schedule to be removed

PodnapisiNet has plenty of subtitles and offers an API so it might be a good
choice.

AllSubs looks ok and offers a very simple api that's worth investigating. I am
not sure about the quantity of subtitles as I couldn't find some new ones.

DivxTitlovi does not offer so many series subtitles as I could tell.

TvSubtitles.net is what's mostly used as it offers almost all subtitles , too
bad it doesn't offer an API :(

I took a look at greeksubtitles.gr also, it's mostly for movie subtitles I
think and I am not sure how often new subtitles are added
