Patch for /trunk/scripts/ss_get_by_ssh.php

We had a few problems with Load Average graph cause ss_get_by_ssh.php was not 
getting data from uptime command due to Brazillian Portuguese localization on 
the return.
As we have only some servers localized, had to adapt the regular expression on 
line 859 to find "Users" or "Utilizadores" and (for example) 1,58 or 1.58.
This modification works for both languages.
