issue with upload #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Safari or Firefox
2. Upload cacti_host_template_x_mysql_server_ht_0.8.6i-sver1.1.4.xml
3. view /tmp and see the following files grow in numbers:

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the file to upload and finish uploading. Its as if the upload goes 
into a loop with Safari, 
with firefox it goes to a blank page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
better-cacti-templates-1.1.4
Centos 5.3
Uploading with Firefox 3.5.5 and safari 4.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.

This isn't a bug. (Check the FAQ page on the wiki.)  It's probably an issue 
with your
webserver's config.  If you find anything new or different that belongs on the 
wiki,
let me know!
