deployment attribute in ios tag of nmml file is ignore #264

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set <ios deployment="5.1" binaries="armv7" devices="universal" /> in nmml 
file
2. run nme test ios -simulator

What is the expected output? 
see simulator running app in ios 5.1 if available

What do you see instead?
ios simulator is running in ios 6

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xcode 4.5
