Re-annotate with standard data format #120

The distance data supplied was no a real format. It appeared to be a 
combination of DYANA and 
XPLOR. The author(s) have been asked to resubmit the data in a standard format.

I'm taking this one over. An email was sent to the authors, but both addresses 
bounced back with 

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    academic_bmthh@ibms.sinica.edu.tw
etc...

That last email was bounced also. Everything else points to the original, 
scripps, emails. I am going to set it to 
won't fix, but first, should I remove it from the database? It does have data, 
even though it can't be parsed.
