weeklyDOCR_FRED crashed #142

I re-annotated 2k9c to use chemical shift difference, and then ran
weeklyDOCR_FRED. It crashed with these errors:

Getting files from grid for processing
1
-1- Getting files from NMR Restraint Grid
ERROR: failed to wget from url: http://tang.bmrb.wisc.edu/NRG
x: Undefined variable.

The only place I see http://tang.bmrb.wisc.edu is in settings.csh,
which seems to have been updated today.

Correct. Pilot error on my side.
I have setup forwarding for many urls but not for this one. Forgot to change it 
back. 

Modified the settings.csh and processDOCR_FRED.csh to get it to work now.
Already started weekly run but Chris should repeat...

I see that 2k9c has been converted and filtered. I'm going to go ahead and 
process this week's data.
