missing remediated data #191

There are a number of remediated restraint entries where the
xplor and cyana restraint data are empty. These look like they are all
from entries that weren't able to be converted because of file format
issues. It also looks like the STAR and cyana files have only
coordinate data. 

Should we delete these completely from the remediated collection, or keep 
what's there (coordinate 
and sequence) and keep working on them?
